Theory and practice are two different things. That’s why I also try to provide some insight, how my models perform in real world betting.
For older models I used Pyckio to track bets. Pyckio is a Sports Betting community, where everybody can submit picks and gets rated based on the success and risk of the picks. They also provide some basic performance figures for the picks history of each tipster.

At first I submitted picks for my old Poisson model. In a 2nd batch I used the Team strength MLP model. For both models I published some retrospective posts, where I took a look at the model performance.
With start of the season 2022/23 I started using my new ML Poisson model for real world betting. So I decided to again share also some insights, while using this model.
